11.3. Update Respondus Lockdown Browser

1. Open Respondus Lockdown Browser.

2. Depending on if you are using a Mac or Windows computer, select the globe or the “I” icon on the toolbar at the top-left of the screen.

3. Select Check for Update. If there is one available select Update.

4. If you either you do not see the icons, or Respondus has trouble updating, you can reinstall the software by going to: https://download.respondus.com/lockdown/download.php?id=313154625.
