How to Use Your DUO Hardware Key

1. Log into your account as you normally do (this document will show this using the Portal)

2. When the DUO prompt screen appears, select “Other Options”

3. Select the Hardware Token option:

4. Push the green button on your Hardware Token and your code will appear:
   1. 
5. Type this code into the field on your computer screen and click Verify:
   1. 
6. Once this is successful, you will get a question concerning whether the device you are logging into is yours. If the device is only used by you, you can select “Yes, this is my device.”  If the device is public, select “No, other people use this device.”

7. Congratulations! You have successfully logged in using your DUO Mobile Hardware Token.
