2.3. How to Log in to the Concordia Portal

The Concordia Portal is located at the following link: https://my.cuw.edu/

If you are a student — Enter your F00 number in the Username field. Enter your password in the Password field.

*If you have not signed into the Portal before, you will need to use the Initial Password given to you in your IT Welcome Letter.

If you are Faculty/Staff — Enter your 1st initial and last name in the Username field. Enter your password in the Password field.

Troubleshooting Tips:

If you are unsuccessful in logging in to your Concordia Portal try the following tips:

1. Make sure the username is your Student ID number (Or F00 number), not your email.

2. Try typing the whole password rather than copying/pasting it from the IT Welcome email.

3. Capitalization does not matter in the username field, but does in the password field.

4. Try logging in using a different browser and device.

5. Reset you password by following These Directions.
