4.2. Email Setup on Android

Configure Outlook App on Android

 Prerequisites

• Android phone or tablet
• Email address and password
• Internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular)

Install the Outlook App

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Search for Microsoft Outlook
3. Tap Install, then Open

Set Up Email (First Time)

1. Open the Outlook app
2. Tap Get Started
3. Enter your full email address
4. Tap Continue
5. Enter your password
6. Tap Sign In or Continue
7. Complete any prompts:
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), if required
• Permissions (Contacts, Notifications, Calendar)

Once complete, your mailbox will load and begin syncing [support.mi...rosoft.com]
