Welcome to the Concordia Information Technology Knowledge Book! Here you will find guides to all of your technology-related needs. 

If you are a new student the first thing you will want to do is access your IT Welcome Letter. This email has all your Concordia account login information, including your username, email, and initial password.

After finishing the admissions process, the IT Welcome Letter is sent to the personal email you signed up with. If you do not see this email, please check your Spam and Junk folders, and if it is still not there you can contact us in one of the following ways:

Once you have your login information you will want to log in and set up your Concordia account.

After your account is set up, you will be able to access a number of Concordia systems and applications. Click Here to view them.
