1.1. How to Transfer Large Files to the Office of Continuing and Distance Education

Overview

This article outlines how to transfer large files to the Office of Continuing and Distance Education. The most common reason for transferring large files to the OCDE occurs when large files, like voice-over powerpoints, need to be published in a course and are too large to be sent via email.

Physical Media Drop-Off

The simplest way to transfer a large file type is to drop off them off on a flash drive or a CD. You may leave them at the front desk (Suite 202) to give to the Online Learning Digital Media Specialist.
